Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone. I just wanted you all to know I spent Christmas nice and warm. Quite unlike my hunting trip a couple weeks ago. I got sad because I missed everyone back at work but a few cups of eggnog made me feel much better.

Only one week left in '07. Hopefully I'll squeeze in a few more entries before the year is over. Until next time....

Meet my brother!

I didn't think things could get much more exciting. On top of everything else that has happened this past week I just got an email from my brother. We lost contact a few years ago so it came as a total surprise. Turns out he saw my blog and decided to say hi. We got to talking and decided he should come visit for Christmas. I can't wait!

Public service must run in our blood. My long lost brother is a Fire Fighter!

On my first trip....

The weekend got off to a pretty good start. I hitched a ride and made it to Moses Lake. It sure gets cold on the right side of the mountains! I'd share more about my trip but I've got to get to bed. Gotta be up bright and early so I don't miss my ride home.

My first day on the outside

I got up first thing this morning and started checking the net for places to go. I'm having such a hard time deciding where to go first I'll probably just wait to see if I can hitch a ride with friends when they go somewhere.

I ended up making three new friends already. They are pretty cool. I was hoping they could take me somewhere but they said their assets were frozen and they couldn't come up with the cash to go anywhere. Oh well. Maybe I'll have better luck tomorrow.

Last Photo

I just wanted to share the last photo of me before I made a run for it. Hopefully I'll land on a beach somewhere soon!

Going on a vacation.....

I got bored sitting around watching everyone work so I made a run for it. I'm not sure how long I'll be gone. Maybe a week. Maybe a month. Who knows? Maybe even until next Christmas! Life's too short so I figured I'd see where my little wooden feet might take me.
